Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. Our storage facility offers clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices. You secure your unit with your own lock and key.
Renting vehicle storage is a fantastic way to get your favorite recreational vehicle out of the driveway and into a secure space. It keeps your RV or boat nearby, but of the way!
Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our rates page.
Please contact us if you have any additional questions about renting a unit.
RVs, boats and trailers, can be stored in our parking spaces. Antique/collectible automobiles and motorcycles must be stored in a unit.
You are not permitted to store any hazardous waste, hazardous substances, perishable goods, carcasses, illegal items, explosives, liquids, flammable liquids, toxic materials, chemicals of any kind (cleaning supplies, gardening fertilizers, paint, paint thinner, etc.), gas, or anything that is flammable or combustible.
Be sure to remove anything that might spoil or rot before you store your vehicle. Empty the fridge or bait well and turn off any electronics. Some renters prefer to clean their vehicle before storage so it's pristine and ready when they need it next.

Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in after you come into the office to sign the lease agreement and show your government issued photo ID.
All our month-to-month leases require a 5 day written notice before you move out.
Typically, you can move in fairly quickly if we have units available. This can be as quickly as the same day or the next day.
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

No. After signing the lease agreement you will be given your own unique gate access code that will allow you access to your unit.
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary dolly to help make moving in quicker. It is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You have access to your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. You have access to your unit when it is convenient for you. So when ‘Santa’s helper’ needs to retrieve hidden gifts or you need those extra chairs and tables during family get-togethers, you may do so.
It all depends on what you are storing. A good rule of thumb is if you leave it outside or store it in the garage, it can be stored in a non-climate control unit. Your vehicles, lawn equipment or tools will be fine in a non-climate control unit, while furniture, fabrics, and electronics do best in climate control.
We always recommend you look at the unit before you rent it. Please keep in mind, an empty unit always looks larger than it actually is. A great rule of thumb is a 5’ x 5’ unit is a little larger than a coat closet while a 10’ x 20’ unit can store a car.
While it is always nice to have family and friends help you move in or out, guests must always be accompanied by the person who signed the lease when on our property. The best way to keep your belongings safe is when you are the only one with the gate access code and key; therefore it is not permitted to give others your gate access code.
We do not sell your name or any of your personal information to other companies. In addition, we will not give out your information to any individual unless we have written authorization from you to do so. Likewise, we won’t release information, including your unique gate access code, over the phone. We need to see your smiling face to confirm it is really you when we release information.
The perimeter of our property is fenced in with a computerized access gate with each tenant having a unique gate access code. The property is paved and lit and we have 24-hour recorded video cameras. Since you have your own lock and key, you control the access to your unit.
A deposit is only required when renting a P.O. Box and is refunded when you move out and return the working key.
Yes; our lease agreement details out the monthly rent, the date your rent is due each month, the restrictions on what the unit may be used for, what may be stored in the unit, what happens when you pay late, and how you can terminate the lease.
Our lease is a month-to-month lease so you can rent the unit for as long or as little as you need it.
The date you rent a unit and sign the lease agreement is the date your rent will be due. For example, if you rent on the 16th, your first month’s rent is due on the 16th and your rent will be due on or before the 16th of each following month.
You must be out by the day before your rent is due. For example, if your rent is due on the 16th of each month, then your unit must be empty, swept, and your lock removed by the end of the day on the 15th of each month to avoid another month’s rent.
Your unit is locked with your own lock and key so we do not have access to your unit. Since we do not permit lock cutting tools on our property, we will cut your lock off in your presence for a fee.
Mothballs give off a gaseous odor that is absorbed in fabrics and even in the pores of your wood furniture. Since this odor is not contained only in the unit supplying the mothballs, we prohibit everyone from using them. In addition, some people have an allergy to mothballs.
We offer 10’ x 20’ or larger inside units with roll-top doors to protect your car, truck, SUV, or boat from the Kansas elements. We highly recommend you test the unit with your vehicle before renting it.
It is always best to carry insurance on your property. You have insurance on your belongings when under the roof of your house or apartment and you should do the same when in storage. Check with your current insurance provider to see if you already have coverage.
No! We do not want a key to your unit. You are required to secure your unit with your own lock. For your convenience, we do sell heavy duty disc locks.
A deposit is required when renting a P.O. Box and is refunded when you return the working key upon moving out.
You have access to your P.O. Box and what fits in it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your package is too large, you will need to retrieve it when our office is open. We will call you when your large package has arrived so you won’t need to make unnecessary trips.
